My New Piano

I bought this little girl from Craigslist today. However, she is not that little. Just ask the two guys that picked her up and then delivered her to my house. Yeah, not happy. Especially when they work in horticulture and not moving. Sorry about the picture being grainy. It was taken from my iPhone, loaded on Facebook and then copied here. My card reader is not reading on my computer.

Here are my plans for her...

Of course I am leaning towards white...

Congratulations! You have to name the piano, you know. My sons named ours Lucas after Lucas Films because they like to play the music from Star Wars.

I love, LOVE the bright, happy lacquer painted piano idea! Don't do white -- do purple, turquoise, or yellow. In case you're soliciting internet votes to tell you what to do... :-)

Those are some gorgeous pianos! Makes me sad that I can't keep mine. I have a piano that would be perfect for this! Anyone want to buy a piano in AZ?

Congrats on the piano! I love all your inspiration photos - I like the blue one as well as the white. It will be fabulous when you're done with it.

Hope you're having a good weekend.

Hugs,
Marie
