A couple of weeks ago I purchased the book At Home with White by Atlanta Bartlett. I feel in love with her style. This book has become my inspiration. You can read my review on AMAZON. Well, much to my surprise, I learned that Atlanta (I hope she does not mind me calling her by her first name, now that we are BFFs, kidding) had an online store. You are going to love this store. Take a look at some of the items (see below). Most of the items are listed in pounds but if you see something you like, just send Atlanta an email and she will give you a total (including shipping) on the item. The prices in her store are so reasonable! Also, the ideas are incredible. I am totally stealing her looks!
This is probably my favorite item on her site. I love this table & bench on so many levels. I like the casual look, the white, the narrowness of the table and it speaks to me.
Can this get any more perfect? Hydrangeas, Mercury Glass, Coral, Cake Stand and Glass Domes. Look and the different heights and textures of this display. Oh and that pop of blue. Be still my heart.
Look at the detail in these vignettes. I am not all versed in decorator language but I am versed in what appeals to my heart, head and what I see with my eyes. I like how neutral textures (smooth glass, cool mercury) are paired with bright single colors. The first picture has a wonderful green, the second picture uses pink and the third uses even more texture to "pop" the look.
I love the use of this ladder in a room. I would like to have this ladder in my bathroom. It would be perfect to hang towels on, extra linens etc. I love the vintage material on the pillow. Again white is used with an accent of red.
Letters to me speak of a playful, whimsical interior. Letters can be vintage, modern or country. They fit in any room with any style. A letter from your name can also be a stamp on your style. I love to have my initial B on pillows and wall plaques.
Then, it's the details. The little things that make everything look polished and complete.

From the Site: Pale & Interesting is the creation of husband and wife team, Atlanta Bartlett and Dave Coote. Having each successfully worked in the magazine, photography and design industries for the last 20 years, this prolific couple have been producing books, interiors, furniture, products, sets, magazines features and cabins, both together and individually, that have been highly sought after by those “in the know”. Their combined client list ranges from Laura Ashley, John Lewis and Habitat to Elle Deco, Living etc and Red magazine.
Now, drawing on this extensive experience, they have created Pale & Interesting, an online boutique store, making their covetable style available to a wider audience for the first time.
Pale & Interesting is a life-style shopping experience. Inside this site you will find furniture, accessories, jewellery and books all chosen or designed by Atlanta and Dave, inspired by their love of the functional, beautiful and out-of-the-ordinary. Their philosophy is all about mixing it up, teaming old with new, contrasting rough with smooth and pairing femininity with utility. The look is definitely non-prescriptive, a backlash against against accepted ‘good-taste’ and bland mass-production. Here time worn furniture is loved for it’s signs of wear and tear, handcrafted objects adored for their individuality, utilitarian items celebrated for their functionality and personal touches are considered essential to keep your home fresh, lively and relevant to you.
For more ideas and inspiration click on the LookBook, Pale & Interesting’s own mini magazine, full of gorgeous photography (some not seen elsewhere on the site) and hints and tips about how to make this look work for you at home.
Happy Holidays and Happy Shopping!
XOXO-
