Curb Appeal - Before & After

Rheims collage

This is my Momma's house located in Highland Park, TX.  She just took the exterior of this house through a mini renovation. Look what a little color and architectural changes can do to update a home. Incredible!

Here are a few of the things she did:
1. Repainted the house a lighter base color
2. Changed the shutters from green to brown
3. Changed the wrought iron fence and added a side wrought iron fence (in place of wood)
4. Added an eyebrow over the front door

Great Job!

XOXO

Looks like a new house. That was a great job. I agree with Jennifer, I would send in my before and after shots to Curb Appeal on HGTV.

Your mom choice really great, looks like you have a nice piece of property along with a sweat addition.
I am in the middle of this too.....my kitchen is ripped out and today will be wired for plugs and cabinet lights then I'll add a new floor this weekend....then IKEA will deliver my kitchen on the 2nd!!
