Fish Tacos (easy peasy!!)

This was easy and by easy, I mean "easy peasy"!  I love fish, hate cooking it.  So I cheated--Don't judge.

This is what you need:

Gordon's Frozen Fish *See picture
Lettuce Shreds (I buy the packaged stuff)
Mango Salsa
    1 ripe mango
    1 ripe avocado
    1/4 cup purple onion (I use less)
    1 garlic clove
    2 T cilantro
    Jalapeno to taste
    1/2 lime juiced
    Salt & Pepper to taste. Chop and Mix
Flour Tortillas

Cook fish to package instructions. Warm tortillas in oven.

You stole my recipe! ;) I have one son who will eat the breaded fish sticks so I look for the best ones I can find. I use shredded cabbage and pretend it is lettuce! I'm sneaky.. looks delish!
